a. Cancellation by Customer:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any cancellation fee.

After 24 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 25% processing fee, as preparation and logistics begin immediately due to the perishable nature of our products.

b. Cancellation by Royal Agrotech Nursery:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability of stock, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Due to the live and perishable nature of sugarcane nursery plants, refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive damaged or unhealthy plants, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on product availability and your preference.

b. Non-Delivery:

If your order is not delivered within the specified time frame due to our fault, you are eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

c. No Refunds in These Cases:

Delays caused by weather, courier delays, or incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Customer's failure to follow proper planting or handling instructions.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
